Caroline Wozniacki who is form Denmark and Lucie Safarova of the Czech Republic were semifinal winners Saturday. They will meet for the title at the Sony Ericsson Open today 12th june. Caroline Wozniacki, the defending champion and world's top-ranked player, eased past German qualifier Barthel, 6-1, 6-2, after Safarova had rallied for a 1-6, 6-4, 6-2 triumph over Croatia's Martic in the opening match of the day. The top-seeded Caroline Wozniacki needed just 62 minutes to polish off Barthel and will play in her seventh WTA final of 2011.

Caroline Wozniacki won in Dubai, Indian Wells, Charleston and Brussels, while losing in Doha and Stuttgart. Caroline Wozniacki has not lost a set this week on the indoor hardcourt in her native country and will be gunning for her 17th career WTA crown. Lucia Safarova, the fourth seed, has had to come back after dropping the opening set in each of her first four matches this week. Caroline Wozniacki is 4-5 all-time in WTA finals, including a loss to Jelena Dokic in the title match of the Malaysian Open in March, and hasn't won a tournament since 2008 at Forest Hills. Sunday's winner will earn a first prize of $37,000.
